I believe that the movie company that produced the Dark Knight Rises,should automatically set up a multimillion dollar fund for the victims of this horrible tragedy,along with the movie theater where it happened. This should have never happened and We all know that,but youngsters should have never been brought into that theater at the midnight hour.No one is blaming the producers of this movie,but to ease the pain somehow,the fund will help out those who have lost loved ones and to those who were injured in this senseless and horrible act.
