Casting Call For The Other Side

A female Chinese student lives with a 70 year-old American lady. Cultural boundaries
cause conflicts between them, but gradually they become close friends.

Shooting Plan

This is a 70-minute feature film and I need to do multiple shoots between November
2012 and April 2013. Totally there will be approximately 30 shooting days. However,
each character will have different call days and you won’t be needed on all of the
30 days.

Roles

Natalie: Caucasian Woman, 60-70 year-old, old hippie (need approximately 25 days)

Shanshan: Female Chinese Student, 18-24 (need 30 days)

James: Natalie’s only child, Caucasian Male, 30-40 (need approximately 10 days,
primarily in November and December 2012)

Will accept Both Union and Non-Union

Compensation : $10 per hour, on top of food, drink and transportation
