Back in 2010,I got the chance to visit the set of this movie being shot in the towns of Hingham,Cohasset and Scituate Mass when I was on assignment for the Hingham Journal and the Cohasset and Scituate Mariner community papers. Parker Posey graciously came out and posed for a photo for me while shooting scenes for the movie at a North Scituate corner store.Previously the movie was going to named Sunny Side Up,but now as Love Guide.
Other scenes were shot at the Wier River Farm in Hingham and at the Cohasset Inn on South Main street. Kudos to Parker Posey and other cast members and director for showcasing the South Shore in this independent film. NeHollywood.com likes this!

Dear Skyyler Productions in collaboration with Joe Charbanic (director of The Watcher) will be filming a feature-length psychological/supernatural horror aboard the U.S.S. Salem: the Haunted Ship.
The U.S.S. Salem

The Salem is a 700 foot heavy gun cruiser, the world’s largest all gun heavy cruiser. The Salem is an internationally recognized haunt which has been featured on numerous TV shows including A&E’s Ghost Story and Ghost Hunters. The film will blur the lines between fiction and reality using the ship’s recognized hauntings and building on its reputation to exploit both the vast marketing potential and the horror of the Salem.
Synopsis

For Halloween, the cast and crew of a reality TV show are sealed into the U.S.S. Salem from sunset to sunrise. Once inside the ship, sunrise won’t save them, they become victims of an insanity that turns them against each other and begins killing them off one at a time.
