Who wants to meet a film distributor?!? I know I do! MELISSA MACKENZIE, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Film Acquisitions & Creative Development of MAVERICK ENTERTAINMENT will be in town on April 8th, to share and discuss the knowledge of “Film Distribution”.

Melissa handles film acquisitions and creative development for Maverick Entertainment Group, a full service film distribution company that places titles at nationally known retailers such as WAL-MART, REDBOX, BEST BUY & digital accounts such as ITUNES, AMAZON, NETFLIX and InDemand for VOD and PPV Platforms.

Her plan is to connect with Filmmakers of all genres to acquire titles for distribution. She will speak on distribution, film acquisition and marketing. On the creative development side, She directs all art campaigns for MEG, creating winning marketable campaigns that sell at the retail level.
